Request data deletion

You can request deletion of information held by the Labverse assistant without signing in to the staff workspace.

  1. Email info@labverse.org with the subject “Assistant data deletion request.”
  2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used, with country code, and whether your request covers all assistant data or a specific inquiry. Do not send identity documents or passwords.
  3. Our team may ask you to verify control of that number. We will explain the outcome and any information we need to retain.

You can also request deletion in your existing WhatsApp conversation. Requests require staff review and identity verification; sending a request is not confirmation that deletion has already completed.

Deletion covers eligible assistant contact records, message content, audio, and related inquiry information. Limited audit, opt-out, or legally required records may remain. Rotating backups expire over 14 days. We cannot delete your own WhatsApp history or copies independently held by other providers or recipients. See our privacy policy for details.
